45 minute HIIT Workout, using a variety of kit.

 

ABS Workout

Friday's at 10:45-11:00am on the gym floor.

15 minute ab workout, utilising gym kit. 

 

Maximum of 8 people per session. Please book at your space at Empire Reception.
